Draft Day Privacy Policy

Effective August 2, 2026

This policy explains what information Draft Day stores, how it is used, and the services involved when you use Draft Day or purchase Draft Day Pro.

Information Stored on Your Device

Draft Day stores information needed to provide its draft tools, including:

  • Players you star or highlight
  • Players you mark as added or unavailable
  • Live and mock draft configuration
  • Draft progress, receipts, reviews, and roster results
  • Notification and reminder preferences
  • App settings and feature preferences

This information is stored locally on your device unless otherwise described below.

Private Platform Sync

Draft Day can privately sync selected app data through the platform account you choose to use: iCloud on Apple devices or the private Google Drive app-data folder on Android. Synced data may include starred and highlighted players, completed draft records and reviews, and introductory-access progress. This helps saved information remain available after reinstalling Draft Day or when using another device on the same platform account.

Active drafts, players marked as added or unavailable, timers, and draft configuration stay on the device where the draft began. Draft Day remains usable without platform sync, and offline changes can sync later when the selected service becomes available.

Draft Day does not require a separate Draft Day account. Platform sign-in is optional and is used only for the sync feature you enable. Apple handles iCloud data under the Apple Privacy Policy. Google handles Drive data under the Google Privacy Policy.

App Analytics

When Share App Analytics is enabled, Draft Day uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand which screens and features are used, how draft workflows progress, and how users interact with subscription options. Analytics is enabled by default and can be disabled at any time in Draft Day Settings.

Analytics may process an app-instance identifier, approximate region derived from a masked IP address, app and device information, app lifecycle events, and in-app purchase or subscription events. Draft Day does not set a Draft Day account identifier in Analytics.

Draft Day records broad, predefined categories. It does not send player names or identifiers, search text, league names, draft identifiers, email addresses, generated AI content, transaction identifiers, or raw error messages to Firebase Analytics.

Draft Day does not use Firebase advertising attribution, IDFA, personalized advertising, AdSupport, or the Android advertising ID. When analytics is disabled, Draft Day stops Analytics collection and continues to function.

Crash Reports

Draft Day uses Firebase Crashlytics to receive technical crash reports so problems can be found and fixed.

Crash reports may include a Crashlytics installation identifier, the app version, device model, operating system version, stack traces, diagnostics, and technical details about what the app was doing when it stopped. They do not include player names or identifiers, search text, league or draft names, email addresses, generated AI content, or purchase receipt numbers.

Crash reporting is enabled by default and can be disabled at any time in Draft Day Settings.

Remote Configuration and Experiments

Draft Day uses Firebase Remote Config to provide safe app defaults, including which available subscription plan is initially selected when a paywall opens. Both plans remain visible and manually selectable. A Remote Config update does not change a selection on a paywall that is already open.

Remote Config may process a Firebase installation identifier and limited app and device context, such as country, language, time zone, platform version, app identifier, and SDK version, when checking for configuration updates. It does not receive draft content or player activity. Users who disable Share App Analytics are excluded from paywall experiments in the app and receive the local Annual default.

Subscriptions and Purchase Information

Draft Day Pro subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store on Apple devices or Google Play on Android. Draft Day does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Draft Day uses RevenueCat to manage subscription access and restore purchases. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product identifiers, transaction information, subscription and entitlement status, and limited device or platform information needed to provide and analyze purchase functionality.

Draft Day records broad subscription funnel events, such as whether a paywall was viewed, a plan was selected, or a purchase was confirmed. Purchase completion is recorded only after RevenueCat confirms active Draft Day Pro access. Draft Day does not send transaction identifiers or raw purchase errors to Firebase Analytics.

Learn more in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy, and Google Privacy Policy.

Notifications and System Surfaces

Draft Day may schedule local notifications for draft reminders and mock-draft turns when you enable those features. Notification permission is controlled by your device operating system and can be changed at any time in system settings.

On supported Apple devices, Live Draft Live Activities display current draft information through Apple's ActivityKit. On supported Android devices, ongoing draft notifications and widgets may display current draft information through Android system services. This content is generated from app data stored on your device.

On-Device AI Features

On supported devices, Draft Day may use Apple Foundation Models on Apple devices or supported Android on-device model services to generate draft recommendations, similar-player suggestions, opponent behavior, and Draft Review coaching.

These features process relevant draft and player information on your device. Draft Day does not send this content to an external AI service.

Player Images and External Content

Draft Day may retrieve player images or other public sports content from external content providers. When this happens, the provider may receive standard network information such as your IP address and information needed to deliver the requested resource.

Support Emails

If you contact the developer, your email service sends your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include. This information is used to respond to feedback, investigate bugs, and understand feature requests.

Do not include passwords, private league credentials, payment-card information, or other sensitive personal information in support emails.

Accounts and Personal Information

Draft Day does not require an account to use the draft board. Draft Day does not ask for your name, phone number, home address, payment-card details, or fantasy-league password.

Player names, team abbreviations, rankings, projections, and game statistics shown in the app describe professional football players and are not personal information collected from you.

Data Sharing and Tracking

Draft Day does not sell your personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Information is shared with service providers only when needed for features such as private iCloud or Google Drive sync, analytics, remote configuration, App Store or Google Play purchases, subscription management, and externally hosted content.

Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored draft information remains on your device until you clear it through Draft Day, delete the app, or erase the relevant app data. Information synced privately through iCloud or the Google Drive app-data folder may remain available in that platform account and on your other devices until it is cleared through Draft Day or removed from the platform service.

Delete data stored on your device

Deleting Draft Day or clearing its app storage removes local settings, player customizations, draft history, reviews, receipts, and active-draft information from that device. You can also delete individual saved drafts or reviews from the relevant history screen when that control is available.

  • Android: open system Settings, choose Apps, Draft Day, Storage & cache, then Clear storage; or uninstall Draft Day.
  • Apple devices: delete Draft Day and, when prompted, remove its local data.

Delete privately synced data

If you enabled platform sync, remove Draft Day data through the platform service. Clearing only local app storage does not automatically remove a private cloud copy.

  • iCloud: remove Draft Day data in your Apple Account iCloud storage settings.
  • Google Drive: open Google Drive settings, select Manage apps, find Draft Day, and use the option to delete hidden app data.

Data controlled by Draft Day

Draft Day does not require an account and does not maintain a developer-operated database containing your drafts or personal profile. Draft data is stored on your device or, when synchronization is enabled, in your private iCloud or Google Drive storage. Use the deletion instructions above to remove that data.

If you contacted support, you may request deletion of the email correspondence you sent by emailing perfect.serfdom-7u@icloud.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, purchase receipts, or private league credentials.

Data that may be retained

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other service providers may retain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal-compliance records under their own policies. Draft Day cannot delete records controlled exclusively by those providers. Deletion requests do not cancel an active subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the App Store or Google Play.

Children's Privacy

Draft Day is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact the developer so the information can be reviewed and deleted when appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when Draft Day adds features, changes service providers, or modifies its data practices. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
