Deep Drift is designed to be private by default. The app provides relaxing sound playback, sleep timers, favorites, widgets, Siri Shortcuts, and system playback controls without requiring an account.

Information We Collect

Deep Drift does not collect personal information from you. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or other personal content.

The app stores some information locally on your device to make the app work, including:

• Favorite sounds
• Recently played or last played sounds
• Per-sound volume preferences
• Audio effect settings
• Sleep timer settings
• Widget and shortcut preferences

This information is stored on your device and, where needed, in the app's local app group storage so Deep Drift widgets and system controls can work. We do not transmit this information to our servers.

Audio and Microphone

Deep Drift plays generated or bundled audio for relaxation and focus. The app does not record audio, does not listen through your microphone, and does not analyze sounds around you.

Siri, Shortcuts, Widgets, Spotlight, and Live Activities

Deep Drift supports Apple system features such as Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, Spotlight search, Lock Screen controls, Live Activities, and Now Playing controls. These features may use information such as the name of a selected sound or an active sleep timer so the system can display and control Deep Drift. We do not receive personal information from these Apple system features.

Analytics, Ads, and Tracking

Deep Drift does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Purchases

Deep Drift Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Deep Drift uses RevenueCat to help manage purchase status, restore access, and unlock Pro features on this Apple ID. We do not receive your credit card number or payment details.

Support Requests

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your request.

Data Retention

Preferences stored by Deep Drift remain on your device unless you change them, reset them, or delete the app. Deleting the app removes the locally stored app data from your device according to iOS behavior.

Children's Privacy

Deep Drift does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
